These terms apply when you access or use Sojitoyo PostLab AI. By continuing, you agree to them.

Using PostLab AI

You must use the service lawfully and must not upload harmful, illegal or rights-infringing material, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or use it to deceive or harm others.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your Google account and for keeping access secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

AI-generated results

AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and confirming that content is lawful and appropriate before publishing or relying on it.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit and of your rights in downloaded results. You give us permission to process submitted content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are processed through Paystack. Prices, billing periods and included limits are shown before payment. Access may be limited when a plan or trial expires or service limits are reached.

Availability and liability

We work to keep PostLab AI available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Sojitoyo Services is not liable for indirect losses or decisions made from AI-generated results.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions may be sent to info@sojitoyo.com.ng.
